Details

This publication provides key statistics relating to the reoffending of offenders who were released from custody, received a non-custodial conviction at court, or received a caution. Latest figures for the three months October 2018 to December 2018 are provided. Statistics which would have been presented in the ‘Proven reoffending statistics: April to June 2018 and July to September 2018’ cancelled release are also included.

The bulletin is produced and handled by the ministry’s analytical professionals and production staff.
