Details

This publication provides key statistics relating to the reoffending of offenders who were released from custody, received a non-custodial conviction at court, or received a caution. Latest figures for the three months January 2020 to March 2020 as well as the annual average for April 2019 to March 2020 are provided.

We regularly carry out work to improve our statistics and geography breakdowns, therefore please refer to the latest publication for the most up to date figures.

The bulletin is produced and handled by the Ministry’s analytical professionals and production staff.
