Details

This ad hoc statistical release includes reoffending data on offenders with a last known address in Wales, who were released from custody, received a non-custodial conviction, or a caution in the cohorts between April-June 2020 and July-September 2023. The ad hoc is being published to allow the Minister to respond to an ask for unpublished data tabled at the Criminal Justice Session in July 2025
