     Edited all livestock data i.e. estimates published on 27 May 2021 have been replaced by new survey data. Amendments have also been made to the dataset and figure 6 in the notice: figures for 2018 and 2019, Operators by type and Crop & Livestock producers and processors reapportioned due to receipt of new information.

Details

Livestock data has been updated,with estimates replaced by new data that was not available at the time of the first publication on 27th May 2021. Amendments have also been made to the dataset and Figure 6 in the notice for 2018 and 2019 for Operators by type and Crop & Livestock producers and processors.

This publication provides annual information on organic crops and livestock produced in the United Kingdom. It also includes the numbers of organic producers and processors registered with Organic Certification Bodies in the UK.
