Using the base position of Northern Ireland House Condition Survey 2016 fuel poverty levels, fuel prices have been altered to investigate how various scenarios would alter the number of households in fuel poverty and used to create a ‘ready reckoner’ for the effect of fuel price changes on fuel poverty.
