Details

This publication provides estimates of the value of sales, value added, employment and sales by destination for each of the ten subsectors of the food and drinks processing sector in Northern Ireland. It additionally provides fifteen benchmarking indicators of performance for each subsector such as average sales per employee and average net profit as a percentage of sales.
