The data in these spreadsheets have been used to compile the final outturn estimates of local authority capital expenditure and financing for the financial year April 2007 to March 2008.

Since the publication of the original final outturn statistical release in 20 November 2008, the data in these spreadsheets have been revised (on 31 December 2008).
