Details
Natural Resources Wales has a duty under the Landfill Allowance Regulations to report to the Welsh Government on each local authority’s performance against their annual landfill allocations and to report overall performance for Wales. Any local authority that exceeds its landfill allowance allocation will be reported to the Welsh Government and is liable to financial penalties.
