Circles of Support and Accountability

Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA) provides a community-based approach to the support and management of people convicted of sexual offences across England and Wales. The evaluation considers the general and sexual reoffending behaviour of 533 male adults who began receiving support from CoSA sometime between 2005 and 2020. In addition, a sub-analysis was carried out considering participants who completed the programme.
