The user survey measures the satisfaction of court users, both public and professional, across England and Wales. The report is accompanied by an annex containing tables of overall satisfaction by context.

In addition to Ministry of Justice professional and production staff, pre-release access to the statistics of up to 24 hours is granted to the following postholders:
