Financial Remedy – removal of Table 16:
Please note that a number of issues have been identified with the data currently published in Table 16 of the Family Court Statistics Quarterly (FCSQ) publications. As such, Table 16 will be removed from the next update of FCSQ (scheduled for 25th June 2020) with further details given. If you use this data and have any questions/concerns, please contact the team at familycourt.statistics@justice.gov.uk.
This report presents the latest statistics on the type and volume of cases that are received and processed through the family court system of England and Wales in the final quarter of 2019 (October to December).
