Details

The Pathways to Success programme is a partnership programme led by Hertfordshire County Council that supported young people aged 16 to 25, who were not in employment, education or training (NEET) to develop skills needed to return to education or training or enter work.

This report presents estimates of the impact of the Pathways to Success programme on the employment and education outcomes of the programme participants.

We have also published Hertfordshire County Council’s response to this report.

The Employment Data Lab is a service provided by a team of analysts at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The Data Lab provides group-level benefits and employment information to organisations that deliver employment programmes. The purpose is to provide these organisations with information to help them understand the impact of their programmes.
