Details

The Electronic Monitoring publication is published to ensure transparency of the use and delivery of electronic monitoring across England and Wales. This publication covers reporting for the period between the 01 April 2021 and the 31 March 2022.

This publication is the first time we have brought all the Electronic Monitoring statistics into one report. It brings together statistics from the Community Performance Publication, HMPPS Annual Digest and the ad-hoc Alcohol Monitoring Publication. We are also reviewing our data and processing methodology. As such we regard these as experimental statistics and we are seeking feedback which will be used to shape our ongoing work in this area.
