Details

This statistical release contains statistics produced by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) on validated Work Programme job outcomes and sustainment payments which were released for the first time on 27 November 2012. It also contains statistics on referrals and attachments to the Work Programme covering the same period which were published on the 7 November and are included in Annex A.

Cabinet members were given pre-release access to statistics on job outcomes from Work Programme at the regular Cabinet meeting on 27 November prior to official publication of the November release on the same date. This access was granted by the DWP Head of Profession for Statistics to enable a well-informed debate to be held within the Cabinet based on the latest set of official statistics.
