1. 21 January 2026

   The release, technical notes, Tables 1, 2, 3a, 3b, 4 and the local authority level data have been revised following corrections to data from 22 authorities. The revisions affect the taxbase, the number of second homes and empty homes, properties receiving a discount and those charged a premium. These are very minor changes, affecting the England level data by less than 1%.
