Details

Using data from the Northern Ireland House Condition Survey 2016, energy efficiency improvement measures were applied cumulatively to all dwellings which had an energy efficiency rating (EER) in band F or G. The SAP rating was recalculated after each improvement until the dwelling reached the threshold for EER band E, and the associated costs were estimated.
