Civil justice statistics quarterly: January to March 2026
Volume of civil and judicial review cases dealt with by the courts over time and the overall timeliness of these cases. Does not include annual data on activity in the Royal Courts of Justice and Judicial Sitting Days. At the time of publishing, we are still undertaking some additional quality assurance processes of the Royal Courts of Justice and Judicial Sitting Days tables. To allow sufficient time for these to conclude, and to ensure our commentary complements related data in the most transparent way, we intend to publish these tables on 11th June 2026.
