Details

This report presents the latest statistics on the type and volume of civil county court cases that are received and processed through the justice system of England and Wales in January to March 2020. It also includes the number of judicial review cases processed by the High Court in 2019 and the number of Royal Courts of Justice cases.

Please note: The partial judge sitting days tables (RCJ tables 5.1-5.3) have been fully revised and replaced with tables published alongside Civil Justice Statistics Quarterly for July-September 2020. Figures in this two datasets are not comparable, and the newer data should be used instead.
