Details
This report presents the latest statistics on the type and volume of civil county court cases that are received and processed through the justice system of England and Wales in October to December 2018. It also includes the number of judicial review cases processed by the High Court, as well as statistics from the Business and Property Courts. A Sankey data visualisation tool of county court case progression has been published alongside the current publication for the first time, and will subsequently be updated annually.
