Details

This publication provides information on the number of children who were missing education (CME) in England at a point in time on census day in autumn 2025, and the number of children who were CME at any point during the 2024 to 2025 academic year.

CME are children of compulsory school age who are not registered pupils at a school and are not receiving suitable education otherwise than at a school.
