Report presenting data on the average case processing time for criminal cases dealt with in Crown and magistrates’ courts in Northern Ireland for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026. It provides an overview of the time taken for a case to be dealt with at court, from the date that case began its journey through the criminal justice system, based on a start point of the date the offence was reported to, or detected by, the police.
