Details

Presents information on selected building materials, including monthly data on price indices, bricks, cement and concrete blocks. It also presents quarterly data on sand and gravel, slate, concrete roofing tiles, ready-mixed concrete and imports and exports of construction products.

Note: In the monthly statistics of building materials and components published on 6 May, the quarterly data in table 9 (bricks) was incorrect. This has now been corrected. Additionally, due to late receipt of data, table 4 (sand and gravel) was not updated in the 6 May version of these tables. These have now been updated for this corrected version. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
