   Amended a typographic error in the title of the table ‘Summary of original UCFS adverse sanction decision reasons from February 2024 to April 2025'. The title should read ‘Summary of original UCFS adverse sanction decision reasons from May 2024 to April 2025' . This has no impact to the main stories, chart, figures or supporting tables.
