The Annual Investment Survey collects information from organisations funded through the Arts Council of Northern Ireland’s Annual Funding Programme and National Lottery Project Funding Programme.

The publication provides information on organisations’ income and expenditure, workforce and activities.

The statistics help users understand the scale, reach and financial position of funded arts organisations in Northern Ireland. They support policy development, funding decisions, sector planning and research. They also allow changes over time to be examined in more detail.

The survey methodology and classifications are unchanged from the 2024/25 publication.
