• Previous date: 21 December 2017 9:30am
• Reason for change: To allow for further QA, we are now moving the publication date to avoid the Christmas period entirely. This publication will be released on GOV.UK at 0930 on 23 January 2018. We will be consulting on the timing and other elements of the publication through a user survey that will launch at the same time and we will welcome further thoughts. This announcement overrides the previous announcement of moving the date from 31 Dec to 21 Dec.
