Companies House releases quarterly reports about:

  • companies newly incorporated to the register
  • companies newly removed from the register
  • the total and effective register sizes

We also share information on company liquidations and other insolvency procedures.

The reports give information for:

  • all companies
  • public companies
  • limited liability partnerships (LLPs)

Tables cover the UK as a whole, and England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland individually.

We currently provide the full statistical report in English only. If you’d like a Welsh translation of future versions of this report, contact statistics@companieshouse.gov.uk.
