The Social Fund Cold Weather Payments scheme runs from 1 November 2020 to 31 March 2021. This is known as the Cold Weather Payment season.
The estimated number of eligible recipients and triggers in the data tables are to 31 March 2021.

Published a corrected version of the Cold Weather Payment data tables, 1 November 2020 and 31 March 2021. An error with the previous version underestimated the number of working age claimants who are eligible to receive Cold Weather Payments. Previously, a total of 3.6 million people were estimated to be eligible for a Cold Weather Payment; this is now 4 million. As such, estimated expenditure has increased as well, from £98.8 million to £100.7 million.
