Details
Travel times on the strategic road network have been analysed using the following 3 statistical measures:
- average speed
- average delay
- reliability (measured by the planning time index)
The analysis contains both monthly and annual data for each of the measures.
This analysis is intended to introduce these 3 new measures to users of the strategic road network statistics, with an intention of producing statistics of a similar nature to the ones presented in the analysis later in 2015.
