Details

The analysis by type of property has been derived from the property codes used by the Valuation Office Agency for the rating lists. The individual codes are grouped into broad classes, which have been used to provide six broad groupings. Within each grouping various categories are identified, with the remaining properties assigned to an ‘other’ category.

Local government offices are shown in the table under the ‘Miscellaneous’ category but are included in the figures for property type ‘Offices’ in all other tables.
