These statistics are to accompany and provide further breakdown to the Insolvencies by Industry (SIC 2007), October to December 2018 which provide information on Insolvencies by industry at a sector, division and group level Due to changes in the way data were grouped over time, extra caution must be taken when comparing historically at a 5 digit SIC code level. This is due to changes in classification between SIC 2003 and SIC 2007. Additionally, much of the data cannot be classified at a 5-digit level and is listed as unknown.
