Companies House management information: April 2022 to March 2023
Management information tables published annually for each financial year, from the start of April to the end of the following March.
These tables cover:
- compliance rates for confirmation statements and annual accounts
- civil penalties for late filing of annual accounts
- prosecutions under the Companies Act 2006
- prosecutions under The Scottish Partnerships (Register of People with Significant Control) Regulations 2017
- disqualification orders notified to the Secretary of State in the UK
- the number of documents filed
- the percentage of documents filed electronically
- annual accounts registered by accounts type
- the number of times register data was accessed
These figures are supplied as management information, they are unaudited and subject to change. The figures are sourced from administrative systems primarily designed for operational and financial purposes and are subject to the sources of error common in administrative systems.
