Agricultural Workforce in the United Kingdom at 1 June
Estimates of the size of the agricultural workforce in the United Kingdom.
This time series gives the size of the agricultural workforce in the United Kingdom. The dataset provides number of farmers, managers and workers on farm as well as a breakdown by UK countries. These data are sourced from the United Kingdom Agriculture departments June Survey/Census of Agriculture.
These statistics are designated as National Statistics. Continued designation was confirmed in 2014 following a full assessment by the UK Statistics Authority against the Code of Practice for Statistics.
