The Youth Justice Board for England and Wales (YJB) collects and analyses a range of data with a particular focus on:

  • the number of young people entering the criminal justice system for the first time
  • the number of young people reoffending
  • the use of custody

This report also includes an update on the role of the organisation, and its annual accounts.
