This research was carried out between 2003 and 2004, and includes evidence from:

  • a survey carried out by Youth Offending Teams (YOTs)
  • data gathered from the asset assessment tool
  • interviews held with staff and young people

The report gives recommendations on how to engage young people and get them more involved.
