Ecorys UK Limited was commissioned by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport to undertake an independent evaluation of the Young Futures Hubs Early Adopters. The evaluation examines how the hubs are being implemented, what early outcomes are emerging, and the feasibility of future impact and value for money evaluations.
This interim report presents findings from the first phase of the evaluation, drawing on scoping work, Theory of Change and impact feasibility workshops with hub representatives, and initial fieldwork with hubs, young people, and key stakeholders.
