Details

Findings on the progress of a sample set of children between their third and fifth birthdays, with particular emphasis on their experiences on entering education.

The overall objective of the research is to collect evidence that supports decisions about which children need permanent out-of-home placements (such as adoption) and those that can safely remain with their birth parents.
