Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by WSG Transport Ltd with effect from 23:45 on 5 September 2018
  • disqualify WSG Transport Ltd from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in an entity that holds or obtains such a licence in Great Britain, for a period of 2 years with effect from 23:45 on 5 September 2018
  • disqualify William Phipps Pucknell from holding or obtaining an operator’s licence or being involved in an entity that holds or obtains such a licence in Great Britain, for a period of 2 years with effect from 23:45 on 5 September 2018
  • disqualify William Phipps Pucknell from acting as transport manager on any licence in a member state for a period of 2 years with effect from 23:45 on 5 September 2018

The decision was made on 9 July 2018.
