The seventh report from Woking Borough Council Commissioners to the Secretary of State. Commissioners report continued progress in strengthening the Council’s governance, financial resilience and service delivery, but note that risks remain in delivering the commercial programme and managing capacity pressures ahead of the transition to the West Surrey unitary.
