Information demonstrating the policy rationale for the litigation, including progress reports from the liquidators, and total amounts paid in legal or liquidators fees and the firms/ individuals to whom the fees have been paid.

Disclosure:

An internal review confirmed that addressing the request would exceed the cost limit under the Act. The cost limit for Departments is £600 or three and a half days work to extract the relevant information.
