Details

The CMA is a ‘prescribed person’ for whistleblowing purposes. Find out more about whistleblowing to the CMA.

Every year, we are required to publish the number of disclosures made to the CMA that we reasonably believe are ‘qualifying disclosures’, and concern matters for which the CMA is a prescribed person.

We publish:

  • the number of disclosures we receive which we reasonably believe are qualifying disclosures and concern matters for which the CMA is a prescribed person
  • how many of those disclosures we decided to take further action on

Make a report

Tell the CMA if you have information about your employer (or ex-employer) possibly breaking competition or consumer law.

Your report could lead to us investigating and taking enforcement action.

We will handle your information sensitively, and you can remain anonymous.
