This document provides a progress update on the West of England Combined Authority’s (WECA) City Region Sustainable Transport Settlement (CRSTS) programme between 2024 and 2025.

WECA’s delivery plan for 2024 and 2025 will be published in due course.

CRSTS provides funding for local transport networks to 8 city regions across England through 5-year settlements. See CRSTS: confirmed delivery plans and funding allocations for more information.
