We were asked for a copy of the letter in relation to water and flood defences from Huw Irranca-Davies MP, as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Wales, to David Jones MP, as per the commitment given during the Sixth Delegated Legislation Committee in the House of Commons on 11 July 2007.

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act gives the public the right to ask any public body for all the information they have on any subject. The organisation must provide this information within a month, unless they have a valid reason not to.
