Details of the application

Waldersey Farms Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number AN/033/0053/136/R01 which authorises the abstraction of water from the inland waters (river) known as the River Nene (Old Course), Euximoor Drain, Sixteen Foot Drain, Popham’s Eau and un-named drains within the Middle Level System at Euximoor, Cambridgeshire.

The variation applied for is to add the following abstraction reaches to the licence (National Grid References provided):
