Details

This guidance is given by the Secretary of State under regulation 18 of the Housing (Right to Manage) (England) Regulations 2012 which provides that any person exercising functions under those regulations shall act in accordance with any guidance given by the Secretary of State.

It sets out the way management and maintenance allowances must be calculated for tenant management organisations that are exercising the Right to Manage.
