We were asked for:
Details
1.The name of the person(s) responsible for videoconferencing within the Office with their contact information.
A. The video conferencing is administered by the Corporate Services Department at the Wales Office, Gwydyr House, Whitehall, London SW1A 2NP.
2.The type of videoconferencing you use at the moment and across how many locations.
A. We currently use Polycom across 2 locations.
3.Information on the usage during a typical month?
A. We keep no records on usage of videoconferencing at either location. However, the Wales Office encourages its staff to use videoconferencing whenever possible as a cheaper and more time efficient alternative to face-to-face meetings between staff at its Cardiff and London offices.
