Dear Sirs,
I refer to my recent conversation with XXXXXXX. I understand that a series of tests have been carried out on the Vascar speed detection device in particular in 2003. I would be obliged if you could provide us with copies of results from any such test that have been carried out by yourselves along with details of what the tests involved either in 2003 or at any other time on the said speed detection device. In particular we are investigating the possible effect of radio interference on the device. Therefore we would request in particular full details of any tests carried in this respect. This is vital in relation to a number of cases we have at present throughout Scotland.
I confirm that I consider this an appropriate request in terms of Section2, Freedom of Information Act (Scotland) 2002.
