Details

At the request of the Department for Communities and Local Government, the Government Actuary’s Department carried out an actuarial valuation of the firefighters’ pension scheme as at 31 March 2012. The valuation has been undertaken in accordance with the Public Service Pensions (valuations and employer cost cap) Directions 2014. This valuation sets the employer contribution rate payable from 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2019.
