Details

The reformed concurrency framework (see The Competition Act 1998 (Concurrency) Regulations 2014 and Concurrent application of competition law to regulated industries: CMA10) places considerable emphasis on mutual support and collaboration within the UK Competition Network (UKCN). This includes secondments between UKCN members as an important way of sharing and transferring skills, expertise and resource. In view of this, UKCN members have developed and endorsed these principles in order to encourage secondments between UKCN members.
