We have received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following:
1. Whether the National Postal Policy guidance and targets are now in place;
We Released the following information on 22 July 2011.
1. The new guidance and National UKBA Postal Policy are now in place. This was introduced on 10th May 2011 agency-wide with immediate effect. The postal policy has been introduced to ensure that all of the agency post rooms work to the same guidelines. The guidelines incorporate best practice and offer value for money as well as helping ensure the safety of customer documentation.
