1. Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) materials amendment

The secretariat updated on consultation feedback to the proposed amendment to references to SASB materials in UK SRS S1 and UK SRS S2.

The secretariat updated on consultation feedback regarding the question on legal implications of the use of UK SRS S1 and UK SRS S2, including views on the existing provisions in section 463 of the Companies Act and their applicability to any reporting against UK SRS.

3. Revising comparative data

The secretariat updated on consultation feedback regarding the question on revising comparative data for financed emissions calculations.

4. Any other business, actions and next steps

The secretariat expects to bring a timeline for final endorsement to the next session of the committee.
